Case Management

For those in need, our case management team is an excellent resource. They are able to assist with things like HOP passes, signing up for social services, a trip through our clothing closet, and a wide variety of other support services.

Day Center

Comfy and inviting, our day center offers a safe and secure place for all those who need it. Here you can relax, take a nap, charge your phone, or grab a hot meal. Regardless of how you spend your time here, you will walk away feeling a bit better.

Mental Health Services

WiiCare offers extensive and comprehensive mental health services. Our QMHAs & QMHPs offer highly individualized and holistic mental health treatments. Working with your clinician, we can come together to create a plan that will work for you.

Community Resilience Program

Small but impactful, our community resilience program is a six month residential program designed to get those in the most need back on their feet. Through frequent collaboration with your designated clinician and case manager, WiiCare helps people regain the solid foundation they need.

Outreach

Our outreach is very much 'boots on the ground' when it comes to reaching out to people. Using a mobile unit, our outreach team is truly able to meet people where they are at, affording individuals the greatest level of care possible.
